• Do not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

5. Client Inputs and Data

• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights to all materials and data you provide.
• You must not submit data you are not authorized to share.
• We may process submitted data only as necessary to provide requested services and support.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Reelixy website, branding, and original materials remain Reelixy property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Project-specific deliverables and license terms are defined in individual client agreements.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute site content except as permitted by law or explicit written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate third-party platforms and APIs (e.g., cloud, analytics, communication tools). Their use is subject to those providers’ terms, policies, and availability.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties should treat non-public business, technical, and commercial information as confidential and use it only for legitimate project purposes, subject to legal obligations and contractual terms.

9. Fees and Payments

Service pricing, billing terms, and payment schedules are defined in proposals, statements of work, or separate contracts. Late payment consequences and suspension rights may apply as defined in those documents.

10. Warranties Disclaimer

Website content and general informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelixy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold Reelixy harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
